On New Years Eve we walked around the CentralWorld mall area, the streets were closed to traffic and bands played and there was a ball that dropped...all a lot like Times Square. The picture is a walking bridge over the street...it has been lined with lights all through the Christmas season. By midnight, we watched about seven different fireworks shows from our room....some were quite close...it was pretty neat.
